When our Initial Coin Offering was conducted, certain information was submitted to FINMA. FINMA is the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority. There is a useful page on their website: Assessment of Authorisation Enquiries and ICOs for those who wish to inform themselves about the Swiss system. All of the information within the Whitepaper was given to the FINMA prepared by IOTA+ (available for view in advanced draft form). In general Switzerland has a relatively relaxed regime and no permission is needed by the FINMA to release hold a Fundraising in form of an ICCO of an utility token.
